There is some brighter news that I thought would interest you, from your least favorite vacation community. We’ve been seeing more whales—the small ones whose species I forget, and some spectacular humpbacks right near the beach. I asked a few years ago, and it seems that the new fishing regulations are having some effect. There have been dolphins too, more than I can remember, even when I was a kid.
